For our client, a local marketing platform that helps franchise and multi-location brands win local customers with the help of insight-driven technology, we are looking for a Research Specialist/Analyst.
Goal of the role: to do the Local Marketing Benchmarking Report project (example: https://lmbr.meetsoci.com/2022-lmbr-report/) with proven experience in gathering and interpreting market & customer data to insights for content marketing projects.
Create/Update custom reporting and industry benchmarks across a variety of data analytics tools
Consult & strategize with digital marketing teams for top-tier brands on their local/centralized marketing strategy (Social, Ads, Search, Reviews)
Assist sales, engineering, and CS teams with data cleanup for current and potential clients
Create and provide templates for customer reporting
Orchestrate analytical tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, SQL, and Mixpane
Collaborate with marketing, IT, product, customer success, sales teams
We’d like you to have:
Upper-Intermediate in English
3+ years working as a Market/Customer Research Specialist/Analyst
