This return policy is an integral part of the User Agreement and is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Ordering (acceptance) of paid BazaIT services is carried out by the User on the relevant page "ordering the service", or through the appropriate section of mobile applications, in a personal account, as well as in any other relevant sections of the Site.
The service is provided on the terms of full prepayment of its cost in accordance with the chosen form of payment. The provision of services means entering services into an account on the BazaIT website and providing the User with the opportunity to activate them in a special section "Vacancies" at the time specified by user.
The User have to to get acquainted with the prices for paid services of the Company. The cost of the selected service is available on the order page and depends on the order parameters.
Payment for paid services of the Company is made in the prescribed manner. If the Customer decides to purchase another package of services or increase the number of open vacancies, he can do so at any time, then the services of the previous package are considered provided. In this case, it is better to use a fully existing package and then switch to another.
The Invoice and the Act of provided services are issuing by the Company in electronic form, signed with an electronic digital signature and sent to the User.
The User have to send the signed Act of services provided with electronic digital signature within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the Act. If the User does not send the signed Act within the specified period, or a motivated refusal to sign it, the services provided by the Company are considered accepted.
The act of provided services and registration of tax invoices are issued and provided to the User only in case of payment for services to the Company's account, without the use of payment systems (Visa and Mastercard).
Payments are made according to the payment system procedure: choice of service (vacancy package and validity period) after clicking the "buy" button - a pop-up will appear with the ability to select a payment method choice of payment method immediately via LiqPay, card, account, Privat 24 (via QR-code), cash, MasterPass payment

if it is not possible to provide the service and the payment has already been made
if the customer accidentally made the payment twice
